Should Boom Beach add more HQ levels?

Boom Beach has only gone from 20 to 25 HQ levels. Adding more HQ levels was suggested. Boom Beach added 3 new HQ levels in under 2 years. Some players believe that a new HQ level would add to the game. However, the last new HQ level was not as well received as expected. But, over the past 7-8 years, only 5 new HQ levels have been added.

How long does it take to upgrade everything in Boom Beach?

I was curious how long it would take to upgrade every single thing in Boom Beach and found that you'd have to be upgrading non-stop for nearly a year and a half to completely finish the game. This isn't including Armory upgrades, because I assume you can do that side by side with the building upgrades.
